Join us Saturday December 23, 11AM for an all levels Handstand Class pop up! Located inside the pub room @ Fortnight Brewing ~ Cary, NC If you are familiar with my days of teaching handstands @ Triangle Rock Club, then you are probably familiar with the 12 Days of Christmas workout ;) A cherished tradition filled with play, laughter, hand balancing drills for all levels & a gooood workout. Come play and celebrate with us! Class will be followed by the option to handstand jam/hang out over snacks, treats and beer/kombucha together :) We have the pub room to ourselves from 11-1PM Feel free to bring a snack to share if you wanna!
