Morning slow flow for everyone at Salty Turtle Beer Co. Surf City, NC + beer / good hangs afterward, obviously! Join us Saturday March 25, 10a @ the Cove (diagonal to the Salty Turtle taproom) for an all levels flow, pay what you can style BYO mat, I bring blocks ~ but you are also welcome to bring your own Registration is required due to limited space! Pay What You Can day of (suggested $15 donation) cash, check, PayPal or Venmo @laurenaliviayoga
