$22/month gets you access to: - monthly handstand newsletter with beginner and intermediate workouts - Google Drive access to lots of demo videos - Q&A/feedback (anytime) - Tips, tricks, and insider hand balancing secrets ;) - 2-3 monthly 45 minute handstand clinics/meet ups via Zoom - days/times will be subject to change based on what caters best to the whole community (and yes, you will get the recordings!) *It's a virtual club, pick anytime available on the schedule when booking ~once booked, Lauren will send you a form with the option of including your preferred days/times for Zoom meets! All levels welcome 🤸♀️
