& we're back 🤩🤸‍♀️ $20/month gets you access to:   - 3 60 minute training Zoom sessions/month, all levels options for every drill - Recordings for all meetings - Personalized feedback and video analysis, anytime   Join our monkey crew and get the blood moving back to your brain, it feels gooood   Training times may vary depending on community needs, but for now our schedule will be:   1x/month Thursday @ 12pm 1x/month Friday @ 6pm 1x/month Saturday @ 4pm (all EST)   *Please pick any random time available for your "appointment" when signing up for Handstand Club ~ the software makes me, and the time does not matter. Once you are registered I will send you an email with details, Zoom links and such. I cannot wait to play with you! Let's train together and get strong this year ~ all while simply p l a y i n g
