& we're back 🤩🤸‍♀️ $20/month gets you access to:   - 3 60 minute training Zoom sessions/month, all levels options for every drill - Recordings for all meetings - Takeaway notes of all drills covered so you can practice on your own - Personalized feedback and video analysis, anytime   Join our monkey crew and get the blood moving back to your brain, it feels gooood   Training times may vary depending on community needs, but for now our schedule will be:   1st Tuesday @ 7pm 2nd Saturday @ 5pm 3rd Thursday @ 12pm (all EST)   *Please pick any random time available for your "appointment" when signing up for Handstand Club ~ the software makes me, and the time does not matter. Once you are registered I will send you an email with details, Zoom links and such. I cannot wait to play with you! Let's train together and get strong this year ~ all while simply p l a y i n g
