Join us every 1st & 3rd Sunday's, 9-10am for a sweet Slow Flow at the new Surf City Brewing Company! ~option to stay after for beer/mimosas/nonalcoholic + community of course :) Outside when it's beautiful, inside when it's not! Upcoming sessions: 3/17 4/7 :: Katie Mermaid is subbing for Lauren April 7! ~with the option of staying after for beer/mimosas/nonalcoholic + community of course :) Outside when it's beautiful, inside when it's not! All levels options always ~BYO mat Pay What You Can day of ~ cash/check/Venmo/PayPal Suggested $10-15 donation (but all are welcome)
