Join us every 1st & 3rd Sunday's @ 11am for a sweet Slow Flow at Surf City Brewing Company! ~option to stay after for beer/mimosas/nonalcoholic + community of course :) Outside when it's beautiful, inside when it's not! Cold towels included for when it's beautiful but also hot outside Upcoming sessions: Sept 1 ~ Marissa Miller subbing! & Sept 15 with yours truly All levels options always | BYO mat Pay What You Can day of | cash/check/Venmo/PayPal Suggested $15 donation (but all are welcome)
